Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will address today the third of a series of press conferences meant to outline India’s efforts to reboot its economy during the coronavirus pandemic.
While the first two dealt with relief for MSMEs, migrant workers and farmers, today’s press conference will focus on the hospitality sector, sources have said.
The unveiling of these measures follows the announcement of a Rs 20 lakh crore economic package earlier this week by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
