MacMullan is living proof of Delaney-Smith’s impact.
“I did not have a large amount of self confidence,” MacMullan claimed, referring to her days at Westwood, wherever she performed for Delaney-Smith she also covered the faculty for the regional newspaper. “I failed to even consider out for the staff right up until my junior year of high school I was afraid to try out for the workforce.
